My name is Douglas Hogan and  I am the owner of A Better Plan, Inc. 

 Our mission statement:  To provide high quality home design and construction plans which enhance your lifestyle and be within your budget. 

 

We specialize in one of a kind custom homes but we also have designed smaller-smarter homes.  Our designs range from 1700 s.f. to over 9100 s.f.  So whether you are planning a retirement cottage or your dream castle, we can provided you with cutting edge design and construction plans.  We utilize the latest 3-D architectural software in order to give the best design possible.


Company History

The company was incorporated back in 1996.  It is owned by its founder, Douglas Hogan.  He has been in the architectural design and drafting field since 1971.  The company provides design and drafting services for both individuals and general contractors.

 

Shipping/Handling Policy:
We ship 5 business day delivery. However please allow 2 weeks for order fulfillment.
